Valued customers, we would like to inform you that within the next couple of weeks we will be partially reopening. When you arrive to our facility, please call 706-568-4848 and we will check you in over the phone. To avoid over-crowding of our waiting room, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until an exam room is available. We are going to allow ONE person per pet in each exam room (6 exam rooms). We will either come out to your vehicle or call you when we are ready to escort you and your pet directly to the exam room. Each room will be sanitized in between appointments. The checkout process will be performed in the waiting room and limited to two clients at a time to allow for social distancing. Of course, if you are not comfortable with being inside the clinic you can request curbside service for your pet’s appointment or schedule a drop-off appointment.
We will have signs posted to help everyone better understand. The staff at Animal General Hospital truly loves their clients, and we miss interacting with you and providing exceptional service. Veterinary medical personnel are not required to have the COVID vaccine, and as such, it is a personal decision. With that said, please, as we reopen, conduct yourselves according to the CDC and clinic policies of wearing a face mask if you are not fully vaccinated, and washing your hands or hand sanitizing.
